Refund & Return Policy

At Mr Cool Depot, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Restocking Fees

Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to manufacturer defect or shipping error. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

Items that have been installed or modified.
Custom-ordered equipment.
Items missing their original serial numbers or UPC codes.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (minus the restocking fee). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
